Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times
Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible. All orders placed before 2:00pm EST. Tuesday to Sunday (excluding holidays) will be processed the same day. Orders placed outside of that time frame will be processed the next business day. We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number to easily track your order.
Domestic and International Shipping Options
Domestic and international shipping is available. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Shipping Costs
We have done our best to keep shipping rates as low as possible. All shipping costs are calculated and finalized at checkout. You can estimate shipping costs before checking out once all of your items have been added to your cart.
Buy Online Pick Up in Store or Curbside
You can skip the shipping charges by buying online and picking up in store or curbside. Once your order has been received and processed we will contact you to schedule your pick up date and time at your convenience. Please ensure that the contact information you provide at checkout is accurate and up to date.
Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order before it’s been shipped, contact us at info@briobodywear.com. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once it’s been shipped, however we are happy to treat is as a return once you receive the package.
Checking the Status of Your Order
Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you are still having issues with your tracking number please contact us at info@briobodywear.com
Service Interruptions
Due to the increase in shipping surrounding COVID-19, delays out of our control may occur. We do our best to keep up to date with carrier delays and will notify you as soon as possible should anything change. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks of placing your order or are having issues with your tracking number please contact us at info@briobodywear.com
